We ship out USPS or UPS within 3-5 business days from order being placed.
We are not responsible for delays from USPS or UPS and cannot issue a refund due to lost package or delays by any postage carrier.
USPS First Class usually takes 4-5 business days depending on your location for you to receive your package.
If you need your order by a certain date, please select an upgraded shipping option or feel free to email us at sales@shopgoldenlily.com to ask any questions you have about shipping. We do try our best to get all orders out within 1-2 business days but there are times that it does take longer. If you need your package for a certain date, please contact us to let us know and we will make sure to get it out to you.
Free Shipping Over $50 and $8 Flat Fee for orders under $50. Final Sale items have a flat rate fee of $8.
Returns

Follow the instructions below to complete your return.
- All returns must be received by our warehouse within 10 days from the date of delivery.
- Holiday item are a FINAL sale 2 weeks prior to the holiday.
- Sale items and discounted items are final sale with no exception. If you used a discount code of any sort, this item is considered final sale.
- Seasonal items are final sale if they are purchased within 10 days prior to the holiday.
- All items must be returned to us in their original packaging and unworn.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- We encourage you to use a trackable return shipping method to avoid items being lost in transit. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
- Please email us at sales@shopgoldenlily.com to request a return label. $8.00 will be deducted from your credit.

- Returns can take up to 14 days to process.
*All cancelled orders, will have a restocking fee of $10 per order. NO EXCEPTIONS.
